Pix 92 - Spring Cleaning

It's spring in Central Florida, you know what that means right? Weeklty lawn maintenance. I'm very excited about the blower in the middle. It's so much better than using a broom or spraying down the sidewalk with the hose.

I stole this picture from my friend Erik. Well, I guess it's not really stealing if I told him I was taking it. Anyway, he makes his own beer at home and he recycles bottles. I bet he had a good time emptying those.

Pix 79 - Happy Birthday Jack

Yes, Jack's birthday was in January, but we haven't seen him until this weekend. We gave him Uno Moo. This is my hand after I got hit with a draw 2 skunk. We played 3 rounds and Jack won 2/3. Good job little man. See you in a few weeks for Easter.

I flushed out the hot water heater for the first time since we've been in the house. There wasn't much gunk, but here is a shot of what we had. I think the water softener is doing it's job.

Pix 77 - Shower Scene

I know I'm gonna get guff for this one, but this is today's post.
Now that my son is taking big boy baths, I am lost my private bathroom. We took the shower curtain down in his bathroom so I am now sharing the master bathroom/shower with my wife.

The master bathroom has a detachable shower head. Does anyone else do this:
Whenever I shower with a detachable shower head I start singing Grease 2 - T-Birds Prowlin'. I got the moves down, I sound good, but when I twirl the shower head around like Johnny Nogerelli does at the end of the number, it make a huge mess.

Am I the only one? Yes? NO?

Pix 72 - Big Boy Bath

This is my 2nd attempt at an artistic pix. This was my first artistic picture for those of you who missed it. My son took his first big boy bath. He loved it. He had so much fun that he passes out after only eating 2oz of his bedtime bottle.

Pix 66 - A New TV

Today we got a new TV for the bedroom. We're watching the Oscars. One of my favorites just gave away an award. Rachel McAdams. I like her better as a brunette (Wedding Crashers) but she's still great. Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin have been pretty funny and NHP opened the show rather nicely.

Hitting the hay now. It's gonna be another busy week.

I am not getting up Saturday morning...I'm sleeping in. Well the alarms didnt go off, but I woke up at 7:00. Better that 5:45 anyway.

I can post a picture like this everyday. We spent a lot of time like this today. Just the kids hanging out on the floor playing and taking the occasional rest.

On another note, Team USA beat Team Canada tonight. It was a great game for the Americans. They looked very strong tonight and proved that teamwork and role players will beat a team of all-stars every time.

Pix 41 - It's on FIYA

I was upstairs working on the computer and I heard my wife call out for me. I yelled down "What's up?" She didn't say anything back so I carried on with that I was doing.

A few minutes later she came up and said "When I tell you something's on fire, it would be nice if you come down to check it out" I said "oh, is that what you said? I didn't hear you. I yelled down what's up..."

Anyway...a bottle top fell through the rack in the dishwasher and got burnt by the heating element. Whoops.

Pix 40 - THIS....is American Idol

Tonight was Ellen's first night as a judge on American Idol. She did a good job from what we were shown. They said 96 singers made it to the next Hollywood round. They showed maybe 10 performances and at most only 40 seconds of the song.

Personally I think tonight's show was a complete waste of time. Tomorrow's will be too, but I'll be watching. Anthony out! Come back tomorrow for another pix and good luck Ellen. I hope it's a good season.

One last thought. Simon's teeth are whiter than white. They're whhhhhhhite.

I just had a Billy Madison moment. No I did not eat paste or try to pick up a teacher by offering her some milk. I was laying in bed thinking "There's something I'm supposed to do today..." Unlike Billy Madison, it wasn't "Nudie Magazine day" I forgot to post today's picture.

Shoot! Where am I gonna get a picture with only 23 minutes left in the day? AHHH. Thanks to my Homedics alarm clock for giving me this idea. If you are wondering, yes, that is the time displayed on the ceiling. Good night and have a pleasant tomorrow. Don't forget to come back for another pix.
